A note on magnesium

We fought for it. Here's why it's not in there.

Magnesium is one of the nutrients hormonal birth control depletes, and we wanted it in the gummy. We tried. But a meaningful dose — in the form we wanted — simply doesn't fit in a gummy.

We could have added a token amount just to put "magnesium" on the label. We didn't think that was honest. So we left it out rather than make a claim the gummy couldn't back up.

If magnesium matters to you, the capsule has 100 mg in every serving.
